Fragile But Together

Fragile But Together - Strong

New Video

Ready, steady, go!

It's the second day of 2025, and the words that echo in my mind are: "Ready, steady, go!" Not the kind shouted at the start of a marathon, where the fastest wins, but the kind spoken in the hospital when lifting a patient onto a transfer board. Speed and strength are harmful if we don't move in unison. It's a lesson in unity, a reminder that progress is better when we act in sync with a single purpose: to care.

As a doctor, I've seen this truth unfold repeatedly: we are fragile. The human body, no matter how resilient, is vulnerable. If you fall from a cliff, you will break—it doesn't matter if it was an accident or a reckless choice. If you drink poison out of despair, your body will bear the agony, even if your mind regrets it. Life carries the consequences of our actions, and the body doesn't forget. We are breakable, and the stakes are real.

But here's what I've also learned: while our fragility is undeniable, our power lies in unity and shared learning. If I can teach you what I've learned—lessons forged in experience—and adopt and implement them, we'll save ourself years of trial and error. Knowledge shared is time saved, pain avoided, and progress accelerated.

I started a WhatsApp channel not because I had all the answers but because I believed in the power of collective growth. Life is not a solo race; it's a shared journey; that is why we have families, friends, relationships, society and more.

Every day, I sit in front of the screen, gathering insights from people who are more knowledgeable than I am. I will piece these ideas together and share them with you, praying that it help us be a better version of ourself.

Again, we are fragile, yes, but together we are unbreakable. Let's move forward—not alone, but as one. We are here to learn, align our efforts with what works, and lift each other steadily and purposefully toward something better.

In 2025, I firmly commit to creating a vault of happiness and a space for shared learning. Whether it involves writing, blogging, or making videos, even if only one person views it, that's alright with me as long as it helps someone. I say this because, with little help, we are more capable of extraordinary things.

I want to stop here and wish you the best of the year. I will keep in touch, and you will hear from me weekly. Here is my WhatsApp channel if you want more ideas that inspire wellness and self-mastery.

Yours Sincerely

Dr Serge
