It's been a while since you heard from me, and I want to express my sincere apologies for not giving you a heads-up. I was preoccupied with a significant assignment and job role, but I have managed to get things sorted out now, and I'm making more time for this Newsletter. My dedication to our shared journey of wellness is unwavering, and I am committed to making the Wellness Project a success.

During my absence, I had the opportunity to reflect on the purpose of our weekly Newsletter- to educate a million people about health. My recent training in health coaching has reinforced the idea that good health is a lifelong journey, and we're all in this together. For this reason, I am deeply committed to our shared vision, and it will reflect the core vision if we title it a Wellness Project.
As wellness enthusiasts, we all share a common goal: to take proactive responsibility for our wellness. Your active participation, engagement, and commitment to learning and practising healthier living are crucial, and they are the very essence of our collective success. Your contribution is invaluable, and we are all in this together.
